Taste:
Aroma of soft funky fruity flora. Taste is perfectly crisp and well balanced with a sharp, tart lambic character and a zingy tang that lingers long on the finish. Soft fruity shades, prickly grapefruit and fresh summer meadow straw all contribute to layered fruity sour notes emerging from sharp lambic funk. Very very good. Hard to find any criticism here, and I’m sure the three years this has matured in bottle has helped blossom these flavours perfectly.

Pours a hazy amber, good off-white head.
