Aroma of dried lemon peel, leftover dough, damp straw, unripe banana, green apple, moist white pepper, mugwort leaves. Crisp onset, very sharply carbonated, restrained in sweetness with some green banana and green apple notes, slender pale malt body, bit grainy, dry with this dryness accentuated by grassy, peppery, eventually wormwoody and long-lasting hops.
