  • Peppery marzipan aroma. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with marzipan, grain and pears. Mid bitter finish.

Frankie is the name of our brewing installation since, like Frankenstein, it is made up of countless parts from other stainless steel installations. With Frankie we make 10HL per brew while our 2 horizontal fermenters and 6 vertical ones are provided to contain a double brew. All tanks are temperature controlled.

Filtering, centering and pasteurising we do not want to do that. All our beers are 100% natural and never contain chemical or synthetic additives.

Filling and bottling is also done in the brewery.
