Great blend of our more or less wild winery seasons! A few ponies are hiding in this beer. The blend is composed of 60% Saison aged 5 and 14 months in 1st pass red Bordeaux, 24% in 2nd pass Sauternes for 5 months, 12% in 2nd pass Bourbon for 16 months and 6% in 1st pass red Burgundy for 45 months! It's a big mess that ends up organized: a dry, wild and tangy beer!
