Tart, caramel, horseblanket-like funky. Taste: Moderate to over moderate tart, moderate sweet and light bitterness. Malty, dark malt and roasted / burnt malt, some horseblanket-like wild yeast funk, caramel, some candy sugar and some dark and red fruit / cherry notes. A little more hoppy and dry-ish finish with notes of tannins. Just over medium body, just below average carbonation.
