  • Aroma: sweet, fruity and somewhat spicy, malty. Medium body. Taste: slightly sweet, slightly fruity, malty, carbonated, slightly spicy and good hop bitterness. Dry and bitter ending.

  • Top fermentation, refermented in the bottle.

  • Almost clear blonde with a thick moussy lasting white head.
  • Ideal temperature:
  • 6°C to 8°C => 43°F to 46°F

With the foundation of De Meester Brewery we want to revitalize the tradition of artisanal brewing.

Our beers are brewed exclusively according to the traditional brewing process, with the greatest care and exclusively with natural raw materials. For our beers, for example, we only use hop flowers from Poperinge and add neither color pigments, foam improvers, nor artificial seasonings.
The result of these traditional working methods are the beers of Brouwerij De Meester. Beers with character, interwoven with aromas from the different local hops.
