  • Hoppy nose with floral, grassy, earthy, peppery notes, the yeast brings some fruity notes of apricots. Bitter attack, close to the ground, grassy and earthy, then gently rises with spices and fruity notes, the malty base although discreet supports everything well.

  • Top fermentation, refermented in the bottle.
  • Color:
  • Orange to amber color, cloudy with quite a bit of yeast deposit, high off-white head that holds superbly.
  • Ideal temperature:
  • 6°C to 8°C => 43°F to 46°F

  • Barley malt, yeast, sugar, hops(5 different) and water.
