These are enriched by some subtle fruity yeast aromas, including peach and apricot. When you take a sip, you taste a nice bitterness.
The full-bodied beer is really a blend of the fresh hoppy character and the full sweetness of a tripel. Although the beer has an alcohol content of 10%, it offers a balanced taste experience. The malt profile creates a warm, round body, while the citrusy bitter notes add a refreshing fruitiness. With a soft mouthfeel the beer flows into a mild bitter finish.
