  • Imperial Stout style beer with orange aged 13 months in oak barrels that contained Bordeaux Rouge (1st pass) and signed Wilde Leeuw (brewing project dedicated to beers aged in barrels of the Brasserie du Pays Flamand). Recipe inspired by Jaffa Cake (orange marmalade cake with its chocolate coating). Addition of orange puree and maceration of orange peel after racking.
