Intense aroma, red wine, barrel, dates and sugar, light raisins, red fruits and undefined spices, perhaps white pepper, notes of hazelnuts and balsamic vinegar. Intense flavor, along the lines of the aroma although more "dark", roasted malts, brown sugar, hazelnut liqueur, dates and Belgian yeast, medium-long finish, first impression of pleasant "Belgian" bitterness that gives way to the sweetness of raisins and the alcohol. Semi-oily texture with full body. Low medium carbonation.
