Taste has sourish unripe plum & brambleberry, sweetish fig streak underneath a malt profile of sourdough-type brown bread & nuts, some funky malt vinegar on the side. Tart finish offering dried fruits & berries, tannic notes of wet wood, soft vanilla & bourbon alcohol but remaining low-key.
