Brewery {C}
The crossroads between a story and a passion.

Brasserie {C} finds its roots in 2012 when François and Renaud, two agronomists freshly
graduates embarked on a brewing adventure that would change their lives.
It is indeed after several years of brewing in François' garage that the two enthusiasts
have decided to take the plunge to introduce their famous recipe, that of Curtius!

Quickly settled into their first premises in the heart of the Saint-Léonard district, the two friends
discovered and learned "on the job" to make their passion their profession.

Through countless meetings and sharing, Curtius will even find a place of choice on the table
big names in gastronomy in Belgium and abroad.

From 2013 the brewery team grew and they had to find a new location.
The Béguinage du Saint-Esprit, a building dating from 1611, seemed straight out of a dream to settle there
a microbrewery and, despite the many obstacles and their self-employed status, the dream
became reality in the spring of 2014.

Investing in a place steeped in history to produce craft beers in the 21st

century, the accomplishment was considerable but, far from resting on its laurels, the Brasserie {C} team has never ceased since to be a force of strong taste proposal, with the launch of new ranges, reaching out to other artisans. With doors wide open, it also offers brewery tours and zythological workshops, ranging from brewing to tasting.

Since 2019, Brasserie {C} has returned to its roots by setting up its brand new production space in the Saint-Léonard district. The Factory {C}
was born !
For the first time in its history, this small company from Liège has become 100% autonomous.
Thus, the projects follow one another and the team continues to grow with the sole leitmotiv of being able to continue to daydream and to warmly welcome all those who do it the honor of taking an interest in it.
