History of the Brewery Millevertus:

Put his passion in his activity was the secret of Daniel Lessire. Certainly it was not the agronomist with specialization training brewery, but his passion for cooking and intuitive implementation of ingredients brought him, from the village of beers: Foam Toernich, the Toernichoise the Blanchette Toernich, to develop a wide range of beers, both traditional "Belgian abbey beer" that foreign style (stout, smoke) as avant-garde style (black pepper, saffron, spices bold, ...).

Installed since mid 2011 on the Domain Millevertus to Breuvanne, quality beer has steadily improved thanks to the commitment of an agronomist, Jérémie Plainchamp, bringing rigor and analysis.

Jocelyne Duchesne, a journalist by training, has worked to still Reuters some years after the conversion of Daniel. Training of 4 years brought her also to a change of life, since, in addition to caring Millevertus of the administrative side, she teaches yoga in the brewery.
