  • Aroma comes in slightly sour with some citrus and some of dough. Flavors are pretty honey sweet, moderate bitterness, moderate acid you may notice that it is slightly refreshed, weak fruity, wood, cake, apple and citrus / lime.

The brewery known as the Girardin brewery today was founded in Sint-Ulriks-Kapelle in 1845. It was taken over by the family Girardin in 1885. This family has been running the brewery on the Lindenberg for four generations now. From the Lindenberg you have a beautiful panoramic view of the region.

The Girardin brewery is mainly known as a supplier of lambic to various blenderies in the vicinity. The brewery also produces its own Oude Geuze, faro and Oude Kriek.
