Julius was a Belgian amber beer, brewed in De Kluis to Hoegaarden.

The beer was brewed from three varieties of hop, malt and water, and was more hopped than other Hoegaarden beers. It had a high fermentation and fermentation in the bottle and had an alcohol content of 8.7%.

Since 2012, AB Inbev, given the increased demand for heavy blonde beers, Julius brought back to the market. It is brewed using the same recipe at the Hertog Jan brewery in Arcen and filled in Hoegaarden.
