About the brewery

Our small brewhouse is located in the heart of Amager namely on a charming industrial site in Tårnby. We have no doubt that we are the country's supremely safest brewery as we have furnished ourselves in an old shelter. The premises have also been used as a biblical store for a period of time, which is why a very special atmosphere rests on the site, which can best be described as the devout tranquility found in a Belgian monastic brewery.

Behind the brewery are the two friends and incarnate hand-brewers Morten Valentin Lundsbak and Jacob Storm, who have since gained paper on their abilities by taking the program as a diploma brewer at Scandinavian Brewery College.

Our ambition is to give all beer lovers a good experience - every time. That's why we only use exquisite raw materials during brewing - we don't do piglets with artificial aids to help the processes get underway. Furthermore, we do not pasteurize or filter our beer based on a conscious choice to preserve the best possible taste and aroma.

We let the beer take the time it needs to fully mature on the bottle before releasing it. This process means that a light and natural deposit can occur in the bottle. This can be easily drunk, but if you want a more aesthetic beer experience, pour the beer gently without precipitation and preferably with a little height from bottle to glass to experience the beautiful foam crown and release all the pleasant scents of the well-crafted beer from Amager .
