  • Aroma is estery yeast with some fruits, orange, pale malt, coriander. A careful hoppy suggestion in the finish. Flavour is moderate sweet with some dry bitterness. Body is medium. Fruity and yeasty, a fine Belgian Blond.

  • Top fermentation, refermented in the bottle.
  • Color:
  • Hazy blond colour, white foam.
  • Ideal temperature:
  • 4°C to 6°C => 39°F to 43°F

With the foundation of De Meester Brewery we want to revitalize the tradition of artisanal brewing.

Our beers are brewed exclusively according to the traditional brewing process, with the greatest care and exclusively with natural raw materials. For our beers, for example, we only use hop flowers from Poperinge and add neither color pigments, foam improvers, nor artificial seasonings.
The result of these traditional working methods are the beers of Brouwerij De Meester. Beers with character, interwoven with aromas from the different local hops.
