Aroma is floral, yeasty with a subtle hint of hops lingering in the back of the nose. Taste is the same. Very well balanced; classic Belgian Tripel, with the combination of hops adding a very floral and fruity touch. Slight esters. Aftertaste is a bit malty, again with a lingering yet subtle hoppy presence. While not that complex, this beer combines the Belgian Tripel with floral hops in a sublimely balanced way, making for a fresh and very thirst-quenching beer that leaves me yearning for another bottle. Solid brew.
