An imperial porter based on our Insomnia, passed in barrels of US Apple Brandy (the US Calvados, an apple juice brandy) which has given it an incredible softness and crazy notes of yellow pulp fruit, toffee and jam, also accentuating the toasted hints and enhancing the notes of chocolate, espresso coffee, cocoa, caramel and dark fruits, as well as the tropical and resinous hints given by the American-style hopping. A classy beer, black like long lonely nights.
