Arnaud Boreux has a passion for beer and trained as a microbrewer.
It is his ambition to keep production as local as possible. He chose a very pure, soft water from a source less than 5 km from the brewery. This allows him to offer beers with a pleasant, pure taste in the mouth, where the finesse of each ingredient comes out nicely.
He also opted for a Walloon malt that bears the TerraBrew label. This label guarantees that the malt was produced in Wallonia and ensures a correct price and financial stability for the producer.
