To create the distillate, we triple-distilled Tripel Karmeliet to its purest essence and then macerated it with herbs. The distillate was then blended back with our original three-grain recipe to create Karmeliet Grand Cru 2024: Tripel Distilled Edition. The icing on the cake is the signature second fermentation in the bottle.
This harmonious duet of brewing mastery and distilling craftsmanship allowed us to unearth the hidden flavours and aromas of Tripel Karmeliet to create a beer that transcends beer, full of vibrant accents and aromas of orange peel, bergamot and vanilla.
